Has zippers sewn in to accommodate the Darien Liner (liner not included).

I bought a one-piece suit and I no longer wear this.

I'm 6'1", 200 lbs. and it fits me good and has room to layer up inside.
Has shoulder and elbow pads. Includes Aerostich back pad that runs from neck to waist (runs a bit over $100 shipped from Aerostich).
Has sewn-in Velcro belt to tight waist if desired (the black horizontal strip at waist in the picture).
Velcro on each wrist to tighten/loosen as desired.
Has Aerostich carry handle. Roll up the jacket and slip the Velcro loops around and carry easily.
Zippered vent across upper back and under each arm. Makes it a three-season jacket.
Two large zippered pockets on chest, two smaller zippered pockets at waist, two Velcro pockets inside at chest level, zippered pocket on right forearm (large black square in picture).
Has Velcro strips on left forearm to accommodate the Aerostich map case (not included).
