Waist measures approx 34 inches and adjustment straps can since that up to approx 30 inches.
Inseam is 33.5 inches.
My wife wears 12 Tall in street pants and 10 Tall in Klim Altitude pants.
Includes hip armor and knee/shin armor.
There's some sun fading you can see in the pictures.
These have never leaked when riding in rain.
