1982 BMW R100 MUST SELL - MAKE OFFER!

Selling my awesome bike. Just finished (February 2024) having Barrington Motor Works (BMW Motorcycle Airhead Specialists) go over the entire bike and replace anything needed (see below). Engine is perfect, does not smoke or burn oil (a little smoke when it is cold, but clears up quickly).

2024 Maintenance Completed (not in order of completion):

- New Battery
- Fuel Tank Flushed, New Fuel
- Carb's disassembled, cleaned jets/needles, float boats inspected and cleaned.
- New Oil Filter
- Charging system checked.
- All transmission fluids, final drive and smart fluids flushed and replaced.
- Replaced leaking valve covers and seals.
- Check/adjust: head fastener torques, rocker float, and valves adjusted to spec.
- Electronic ignition checked.
- Set timing to factory specs.
- Removed and cleaned fuel petcocks.
- Fuel tank liner in good condition.
- Fuel filters and fuel lines replaced with new.
- Ignition and carb's sync. adjusted.
All cables checked and adjusted as needed.
- Bike operation road tested: runs well, acceleration, deceleration, and loading. No abnormal noises, everything functions per factory specifications.
- Electronic tach operates normally once bike is warmed up..
- Brakes flushed, bleed, adjusted, works at factory spec's.
- Front and rear wheels removed, sandblasted and powder coated.
New tires, strip tapes, and tubes installed, balanced, and tested.
- All wheel bearings and bearing packs removed and replaced with new, repacked, and reinstalled and tested.
- Rear drive spline sleeve rebuilt, final drive assembly rebuilt to factory spec.'s.
- Electrics all tested, adjusted and repairs where necessary.
- Handlebars, and upper clamps all retorqued to factory spec's.
- Miscellaneous items replaced or adjusted.
