The bike is in a fantastic condition, got inspected by Tytler´s Motorcycles, De Pere, WI (report available), does only have some "normal" scratches and marks - and did not get crashed so far.
Just one tip-over with no speed. You do not see any horizontal scratches.
(FYI: Pictures have been taken before it happened to me.)

New rear tire has been installed on 06/15/2017 at BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon, Beaverton, OR (Michelin Road Pilot 4 GT).
They also confirmed that the bike is in a top-condition (report available).

GENERAL INFORMATION

I was buying the bike in May 2017 specifically for my Farewell-Trip through the US.
End of June, I rode it for 14 days from Green Bay, WI for 3,878 miles to San Francisco, CA.

On this ride, I did not encounter any issues at all.
I was basically testriding it for you for 2 weeks in all possible conditions to make sure that you'll be a happy new owner:
Rain, storm, 106 degree F heat, 22 degree F and snow (!), etc.

I am going to sell my 2005 BMW R1200 RT because I did leave the USA End of June 2017.
As a German citizen, I was living in the US for 3.5y.

First owner: I don´t know.
Second owner: Senior and BMW MOA member
Third owner: me

It is a bummer that my moving container has already been sent on the way.
This bike IS in a fantastic condition for this age. In Germany, they are asking for like 8 000 - 10 000 EUR for such a bike.

The bike has been left at a good friend in the East Bay Area - with all the papers and whatever comes with it (excluding the Garmin GPS and Wunderlich Tank Bag though).
He is a motorcyclist too and has my full trust in regards of finalizing the sale with you.
