In Search of electrical technical help on a one owner R24

I wrote up a story in the MOA ON magazine of my Father's 1949 R24 bought new from the New York distributor. Dad has since passed and in honor of him, I am restoring this bike with documentation of its history. What I am looking for is a member to assist me with the assembly of the generator and ignition parts. I have most everything in a milk crate. The bike is currently in a restored roller state.
So, if you have expertise in this vintage area, please advise.
I live in N Georgia, a long time MOA and Vintage member, recently retired and can travel reasonable distances.
