The iconic 1990 BMW K1 motorcycle was BMW’s first 150MPH production motorcycle in the lineup.
With less than 46k miles this bike is in remarkable shape. Over the last several years, she has been a show piece and only ridden occasionally to stretch her legs. It is time for me to thin the herd. She looks great, grabs attention and starts/runs perfectly. She is sitting in the garage under the matching K1 red & yellow cover waiting for her next owner.
This 1990 BMW K1 is finished in the quintessential red and yellow combination, with the 987cc DOHC inline-four linked with a five-speed transmission and an enclosed driveshaft. It also features a dry clutch, aerodynamic bodywork, a two-up seat, a center stand, a Paralever single-sided swingarm, triple anti-lock disc brakes with Brembo calipers, an integrated windscreen, a black & yellow vinyl-upholstered two-up seat, and a pair of round handlebar-mounted mirrors as well as folding passenger foot pegs, integrated turn signals, removable BMW tail cowl and locking storage compartments in the fairing and tail section.
This K1 is now offered with a clean Indiana title.
