Corbin Seat and Cowling and Rack

Selling combination of Corbin seat, metal seat cowling (from late '70s R100RS) and rack. Overall condition is good and quite usable as is. No tears/holes in the Corbin seat. Cowling can be repainted to match your airhead. Based on color, I believe the cowling came from a 1977 R100RS. The seat assembly would also fit a late '70s to early '80s (dual shock, pre-monoshock) R100 of any model including RT, and maybe an R80 of the same era.
Note: There are no hinges on the seat. I bought it this way. So you will need to buy or fabricate the hinges or possibly reuse hinges (if mounted with bolts) from your existing seat. Euro MotoElectrics (www.euromotoelectrics.com) and possibly other BMW airhead parts sites sell hinge sets for this seat at a reasonable price.

Given the weight of the seat + cowling + rack, shipping might be expensive. I am hoping a buyer in Texas within driving distance of Austin will want to buy this cash & carry. I'm willing to ship it but we will need come up with a fair estimate of the shipping cost -- unless you have a UPS or FedEx account to bill to.
