Want to buy damaged right side aluminum pannier for R1200GS

Want to buy damaged (or at least cheap) right side factory aluminum saddlebag for R1200GS, or any after market bag that fits the original factory mounts. I need a bag for bikes with a right-side exhaust. This is for a project - all I really need it the back (bike) side with the mounting system, so I don't care what other damage there may be to the bag. I'm fabricating an attachment to allow a non-BMW bag to fit the BMW mounts.
