1969 R69S with Jupiter sidecar and Dynastart

Very unique rig with lots of modifications. 1969 R69S fitted with BMW 700 sedan engine equipped with Bosch Dynastart starter/generator. 1973 IZH Jupiter sidecar on DMC sidecar frame with drum brake. 65574 miles showing on odometer, total actual mileage unknown.

Dynastart works well, although I typically kickstart it (starts easily).

Previous owner did a major restoration of this bike about 15 years ago, including engine and transmission rebuilds, paint, some damage repair, etc.

I’ve continued with additional restoration to the sidecar including bodywork, paint, chrome replating, upholstery, powdercoating of sidecar frame, new windscreen and more. In addition, electrical system has been mostly rewired from the ground up (12V), waterproof quick-disconnect connector to sidecar electrics, fuel tank bodywork with new paint and reseal, various other cosmetic touches.

Includes bench seat with new upholstery, spare sidecar shock, handmade custom-fit black sidecar tonneau cover, battery charger/tender, various spare parts and accessories.
