1976 R75/6---original owner

I bought this machine brand new in 1976, and after logging over 162,000 miles touring through forty-six states and a lot of Canada through the decades, I'm ready to retire from riding and would like to find a worthy successor for my beloved old classic airhead. It has many cosmetic defects but runs very well. The only mechanical defect I know of now is a minor oil leak at the pushrod seals. It's had two top end engine rebuilds, one transmission rebuild, and the original final drive was replaced with a good used one in 2017, with about 7,000 miles on it since then. I have service records and all the original service receipts, and several service manuals including the original owner's manual (though very worn); also many tech articles relevant to the model from old MOA magazines.

Key features: looks brown but color is known as Havana Gold; original gas tank with lockable cap; original front fender; Lester wheels; cast iron front brake rotor; Windjammer SS fairing (has cracks but still functional); Boyer electronic ignition; MX deep oil pan; Brown side stand (original stand still attached); Bigfoot main stand; Russell seat in excellent condition; Wixom saddlebags (some scratches); original rear luggage rack (some rust); /5 rear turn signals.
