2000 R1100RT retired due to repair needs exceed my ability.

This bike needed some rubber parts replaced and the ABS module rebuilt. Module Master did that. Meanwhile disassembly revealed brittle insulation on the Hall Effect wiring. That repair was to cost > $2000. Additionally, the compression on left head was found to be 130psi ( and 160 on right) suggesting the need for valve or ring work on left. Too much work/dollars for me! This RT has 185,000 miles and was given a salvage title when it only had 2,000 miles and an unlucky (unskilled?) first owner. I did all the miles after that with my last big ride to and from the 2021 rally in Great Falls Montana.. I live in the middle of South Carolina on US 1. This RT has lots of good parts to harvest including a rebuilt ABS II module, tires and wheels, head covers, starter motor, handle bars, kick stands, body panels, hard panniers, etc. etc..Almost every usable piece wil have a cosmetic flaw. I'm offering her "As Is" You can scavenge for value or rebuild to have a usable but dinged-up RT I have enjoyed for 2 decades. She is on a trailer with all the "tupperware" off so work can proceed. Trailer may be borrowed if needed. The color is Arctic Blue. I hope to upload photos when one of my kids can help!
