Right Side Bag Cover- free- needs repair/repaint

This has been laying around my shop. I took off one day out of my driveway with the right side bag lid not fully closed. the first turn in my neighborhood is lean well over to the right curve- the bag opened- the lid scraped the curve and this is the result. back then i just bought a new piece for my k bike instead of repair repaint. anyways this could be used on any bmw bag of the newer/modern type. It needs to go to a good home. I just want shipping costs. Can ship in 'original parts box' that the replacement lid came in.
